terrible me

OMG i'm so dead.......

Had work training at 10.30 am, woke my butt up only at 2 in the afternoon, missed the whole day's work schedule and turned carina into a steaming kettle :(

27th Dec:

OMG my life sucks......

Went down to the restaurant to try the uniform but it was uncomfortably small for me. Especially around the hips!! :(

But after i came out of the changing room, i told my four girl colleagues (if we are even going to be colleagues..) that i could fit into the uniform because all of them surrounded me asked if i could fit into it!! HAHAHA wait wait i can explain this!!!! It was so pressurizing!! Have to tell my manager the truth ASAP.

I don't even think the he wants to hire me anymore! Late for work, can't fit into their uniform... just practically sounds like a lazy fat ass! But i'm not!! :( I had my ku zhongs~ I was making xmas presents into the wee hours of the morning!! And i had to listen to my dad's mafia gang story!! And i... SHUT UP!! (smosh) ...Okay~ (<-lol jjk!! ^^)

Then on the way home, i realized i'd lost my ez link card!! SOBS :( Traced back my steps and even took the short cut across an empty grass field along the busy road just to quickly get back to the restaurant to find my card. Can't believe I RAN across that empty plot of land alone, grabbing my bag and sweating frantically. zzzzz The cars travelling by the road must have had a good laugh at this unglam lady.

ANYWAYS i gave up on my search after awhile and went off to meet the girls. How tragic it would have been if i looked out of the bus window and saw my ez link card lying there on the ground, getting smaller and smaller as it gets more distant. Then i'll place both my palms against the windows and gaze at it..... hahahaha that would add the final touch to my pathetic day....LOR~

J and C came over to watch movies today!! They just left. It was great! We watched Black Swan and 127 hours. The arm cutting part in 127 hours caused mass hysteria at the couch!! The boys were hurdling together and we were all screaming our heads off while cupping our ears, trying our best not to feel the gore going on in the movie. EPICCCCCCCC I SWEAR~ AND IT'S SO GROSS BTW, EW!! Of course, we did our basic NTUC snack shopping before the movies started =DD "Wo mei jui~~~he HEE, he HEE!" (that's prolly gna be how c sounds like when she's drunk and claims she's not. Hahaha!!)

Gave 'em their christmas presents!! :D Now only belinda hasn't receive hers yet.

Christmas partaye

Today, CHRISTMAS, 25 DECEMBER 2011**, a successful christmas party was held at the new place! The champagne colored walls sure did shine even brighter with everyone gathering in the small unit to celebrate christmas!

We made a special christmas card for mummy! As usual deb did most of the craft work and all of us filled in our individual messages and helped to decorate etc. In this year's christmas card, each of us had a christmas character representing. Myself as Santarina, Deborah as a watermelon (it is because this fruit has christmas colors!!), Stephanie as a strawberry (FINE i can't explain the link of this to christmas), Ryan as a masculine superhero who's hero logo is a christmas tree, Mark as a christmas tree and Leon as an elf!! There was also Friday as the reindeer dog!! And she was pasted upside down and given the caption "BELLY RUB PLEASE!!! MERRY X'MAS!! WOOF!" Cute raiyght??

All the christmas presents i've recieved were foood!! Except for a pretty ribbon ring from one of my relatives. The bros recieved TECH DECK finger skateboards. Cool!! I've always thought those small skateboards were the lamest display collectibles. But guess what!!!?? I found out from the 3 that you are actually supposed to finger skateboard with it! Meaning that you use your two fingers on that small skateboard as legs on a real sized skateboard and do tricks!! I want one tech-deck please~~ (playdoh's tag line)

'11's CHRISTMAS BBQ

MERRY CHRISTMAS WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am back from an absolutely exhausting xmas BBQ. IT WAS GREEEEAATTTT!! Had it at CherryLoft with the Ongs, pa's staff and some of the hotel customers! We bbq-ed like pros!! Kor kor kelsey, daphane and jaime were also down for the party as well. There were cold drinks, alcohol (yuck), music, loads of satay, yummy tender beef, prawns, chinese sausages with garlic, seasoned sotong, sting ray, fish, butter corn, chicken wings and sweet potatoes! And of course, a turkey and some fresh fruits on the non-bbq items table! What a merry christmas~ Celebrating and bbqing on xmas eve with the pa's staff was really fun! Esp with Vic, Amy and Ella, all the seriously funny chirpy people. Marky was the chicken wing boy for the night and he did a, wooo! Awesome job on the wings. After the first few wings being charred, the rest tasted fabulous. The prawns too!! Yummyyy!! I did the satays and sotongs and other 'turnable' things on the grill. Steph, the ultimate girl guide, was overall in charge of the bbq; taking charge of the fire, all the satays and giving the verdict if the food item is cooked or not. Leon, what can i say?? Could only stand around and drink his can of beer because no one wanted extra trouble. Supervised Daphane and Jamie to participate in the bbq halfway! Just for the fun of it. Never had so much fun at a BBQ before :) So the entire night we just karaoke-ed and lounged around in the lounge and oh yeah that's when deb peed on herself due to excitement!!! Sigh she wasn't able to take so much hysteria in one night.

Im exhausted! I have to go sleep now and be up for christmas tmr! I mean, today! Later! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

A dream come true

Happiness is watching my mum's dream come true~ :)

Her dream?? Well, in contrary to many, it is to get her very own *** ****. These few days we've been reallly busy putting up mp. Like staying all the way till 1am to do so then rushing back home. It is tiring, but fun and definitely worthwhile!! I'm so attached to mp that after job training yesterday, all i thought of was going down. Lucky me, i did so and got to eat the very first dinner there! It was so cozy <333

Christmas exchange + job training!

Had the first Christmas present exchange with my dear juniors! All of us met for lunch at SAKAE. Finally!!! I've never eaten at Sakae before y'know!! But i still didn't manage to have the sushi buffet that c and j always speak highly about =.= Anyways i've got to say that i was so awesomely budget for this christmas exchange. I'm so proud of my precious cheapskate skills!! The great one got 'em all nice and yummy presents in the budget of $19.40! Divide that by four, that's less than... drum roll please......$5 per head!! Anyway ALL presents turn wonderful with handmade cards. So hope you liked it, guys. And most of all, do have a Merry Christmas!! I had a great time chatting with you people :)

RUSHED DOWN AFTER LUNCH ALL THE WAY TO DHOBY GHAUT FOR MY JAP RESTAURANT JOB TRAINING!!! But still late because i got lost in dhoby ghaut interchange.

The restaurant service expectations are higher than i expected! Basically when we serve we are like attached to one table for the entire time and we are expected to make themselves feel comfortable through out the entire meal. It's almost like we are their personal servants for the meal! BUT ON TOP OF THAT, THE THINGS WE ARE SERVING CAN COST LIKE $200+ A SASHIMI SET (wtbbq!!) And i really hope they don't put me in charge of the drinks bar when working because breaking one Hot Sake or wine bottle is gna cost me 27hrs of salary. Oh my go... Oh oh then we had to learn how to use the POS system today and we tried taking orders from our colleagues and entering them into the POS machine. I took carina's order and it added up to $596 or smth.

But i guess we really have to do a good job serving because the service charge here is a mad 10% so if you eat a meal of $596 you have to crazily pay another $59.60 which is like 12 upsized mac donald meals. According to my policy, eating anything more expensive than an upsized macdonalds meal is a no no no! MUST reconsider!! :(

Yeah then we got our own time-in/time-out cards and that pretty concludes my first job training. I have to now worry if the uniform is my size and have to get my white heels and nude stockings to complete my uniform. Ohaiogozalimas!! Irrashiamase!! Hehe just practicing! Can't wait to work!! :)

RANDOM RANT

Can I not not like eating melted ice cream? Can I not not like milkshake? Can I not not like the overwhelming smell of melted butter? Can I not not like the taste of whip cream? Can I not not like bird shits AND lizard shitSSSS? Can I not not like eating at hawker centers, walk on black and wet floors, using toilet paper to clean, huh huh HUH!??!

I hate melted ice cream, milkshake and whip cream for they taste disgustingly tasteless. I hate bird AND lizard crap because I always have the slight urge to vomit when near it, them, wdv!! I hate hawker centers because there are always random bird and lizard crap around and I hate cleaning my buttocks with tissue paper because I hate smearing peanut butter on bread.

What is wrong with you people??
I CAN'T REALLY EXPLAIN WHY I HATE THESE THINGS, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP SAYING THAT IM TRYING TO ACT ATAS OR LIKE IM ON A BIMBOTIC DIET!!!! I'm not! And saying "don't act high class lah" or "don't need to diet lah~" then shoving my dislikes right in my face just pisses me off to no end.
Leave me alone!! I can take dirt in a different way and can decide what I want to eat for myself. I can even not bathe for 3 days straight!!

AGAIN. Haven't slept to my fullest this morning and had to wake up and rush for lunch at 千喜楼 with my relatives... mummy's side were having some christian lunch event and had booked seats for us. Mum couldn't make it because of school so we had to go ourselves. Ryan and steph didn't come so yeah weren't in the good books of the hosts. But not bad, the remaining 4 of us managed to curry favor the aunts there... You know with our sibling cuteness?? Yeah~~ HAHAHA just joking. But seriously. Everyone is always awed by us just because we come in a bunch of 6. Since YOUNG. Firstly, they'll say we look like, secondly, they'll keep asking us for our names (again and again) and be self-amazed, lastly, they'll just stare at us mouth opened and expect us to do something amazing as a group. LIKE SERIOUSLY MAN!! Anyway this time, deb was the center of attention because she could serve better than the banquet waitress there!

OMG AND AFTER NOON WE MET MARK'S LONG LOST FATHER. . .
While accompanying po po to the carpark, this grown man walked over and called Mark's name briefly before walking off into a supermarket! And afterwards he kept staring at mark afar. CREEPPYYYY. Who was the man??! Could he be Mark's long lost father?? We know bro, you've been a good foster brother these few years. I guess it's time... Take care.

OH YEAH SPEAKING ABOUT BEING ADOPTED. We also suspect ryan's adopted!! He can be totally out of the world at times man. Amd whenever he is, he asks nonsensical questions profusely and doesn't speak proper english. So we call him our foster brother whenever he behaves like that. And his 'real' name is Bryan. HAHAHAHA i started that!!!!! ...yeah but seems that now I too have MY 'real' name. Andrew -.- damn

ANYWS after lunch we went shopping at PP for fun and then mum came back from her school meeting and brought us to IKEA!! The trip was superb! (Bought almost all the cutleries~) Except the part when debbo and i took our weight :S
